Hayden Alexander Senior Pictures

I know all you seniors are daydreaming of salty hair, suntans and post-graduation summer fun. But I also know that you’re studying hard for those midterm exams. If this is you, take a five-minute study break and let me take you on a little trip to Beercan Island.

Hayden’s photoshoot at Beercan Island was simply bliss. The colors of the sunset melted together and reflected off the water so beautifully. The waves gently crashed against the shore and the soft breeze carefully swept Hayden’s long, blonde hair. We were very relaxed! From the sand to the waves to her hippy vibes, everything fused together perfectly. Ah, can you hear the beach calling your name?

Let’s talk about the edits…

The unique component of these images are the color tones - they turned out great! It was a mix between muted and tropical tones. I had to work around the lighting and tweak my edits to get this style, but it was a pleasure to capture her personal aesthetic.

Florida photography struggles…

If you live in Florida then you understand how the weather works around here. One minute it's sunny and the next it's storming. As a photographer, this is a struggle that I face quite often. Hayden and I had to reschedule her shoot because it rained on her scheduled date, but she was understanding and we were able to shoot on another day. Fortunately, this turned out to be fantastic because the sunset was b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l that day!
